TICKET INFORMATION

GUNDAM FACTORY YOKOHAMA ENTRANCE TICKET

Adult (13 years old and above) 1,650 yen
Children (7 to 12 years old) 1,100 yen

GUNDAM-DOCK TOWER VIEWING TICKET

Adult / Child (7 years old and above) 3,300 yen

Tickets on Sale

June 2023 tickets will be released on the following dates:

Ticket for June 3 – 30	available from May 19 at 10:00 AM

*GUNDAM FACTORY YOKOHAMA will be closed from May 29th (Monday) to June 2nd (Friday) due to the maintenance period of "Moving Gundam". Thank you for your understanding in advance.
*Tickets for July 2023 onwards will be posted on the website once it has been confirmed.

Precautions when purchasing tickets:
Admission is not included in the Gundam-Dock Tower viewing ticket. Please also purchase the Gundam Factory Yokohama admission ticket with the Gundam-Dock Tower viewing ticket.

Admission, Viewing, and Performance Notice

Please read the following before purchasing tickets and before entering the facility.Please be aware that the Moving Gundam performance, show times, and other details may be subject to change or cancellation without prior notice due to the weather or other unforeseeable circumstances.

<Same-Day Admission Ticket Sales>
Same-day tickets are sold at the ticket counter located at the main entrance of the Gundam Factory Yokohama.
Payment options include cash, credit cards, and cashless payments using barcodes and QR codes.

Depending on the amount of pre-sold tickets, there may be cases where same-day tickets will be unavailable for sale. Further details will be announced on the official website. The price and the show's contents are subject to change without notice. Re-entry to the facility and Gundam-Dock Tower is not possible. The Gundam-Dock Tower viewing ticket alone does not give admission access. Please also purchase the Gundam Factory Yokohama admission ticket upon purchase of the viewing ticket. Children under 6 years old are free of charge; up to 3 children are allowed per adult. The viewing of the Gundam-Dock Tower will follow a substitution system (single viewing only). The staff will usher visitors to specific points on the deck to give all visitors the optimum viewing experience, so we ask for your cooperation. Please arrive at the assembly point by the meeting time described on your Gundam-Dock Tower viewing ticket. Unsold viewing tickets for each show will be sold at the ticket counter. Available tickets for each show will be put on notice at the ticket counter.
