Ticket Refund Deadline Due to Cancellation of Performances After 5:00 p.m. on March 30th

Due to a malfunction of the Moving Gundam, guests who entered after 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 30th, as well as those with unused tickets for that day, are eligible for a ticket refund.
Those who wish to receive a refund are requested to contact us by Monday, April 22nd using the request form with the subject "Request for refund of 3/30 (Sat) admission ticket".
Please note that we will not be able to respond to requests after Tuesday, April 23rd. We appreciate your understanding in contacting us before the deadline.
