Due to a malfunction of the Moving Gundam, the performances scheduled after 5 PM today have been cancelled. Customers who entered after 5 PM on March 30 (Sat) or who have not yet entered will be refunded. If you wish to request a refund, please contact us via the inquiry form and include "Refund request for 3/30 (Sat) admission ticket" in your message title.

Regarding GUNDAM-DOCK TOWER viewing tickets, all tickets for the time slots from 5 PM to 7 PM on March 30 (Sat) will be automatically refunded. The refund process will be carried out automatically, so no action is required on your part. Please understand that we will not offer rescheduling for another day.
