Due to a system error of the Moving Gundam, we have decided to carry out emergency maintenance. In consideration of our customers' safety, we plan to resume operations around 13:00 on March 27 (Wed).
For those who already possess entrance tickets for March 27 (Wed), you may use your ticket until March 29 (Fri).
However, if you wish for a refund, please contact us via the inquiry form and include "Request for refund of 3/27 (Wed) admission ticket" in your message.
Regarding the GUNDAM-DOCK TOWER viewing tickets, all tickets scheduled for March 27 (Wed) from 10:00 to 12:00 will be automatically refunded. The refund process will be conducted automatically, so no action is required on your part. Please note that we will not accommodate rescheduling for another day.
